And I believe true healing begins the moment we are genuinely seen, heard, and supported through the restorative power of therapeutic touch.

My road to massage therapy began as an instant fascination of anatomy and physiology in high school science. This little seed of interest grew into a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University, and has ultimately blossomed into a lifelong pursuit of understanding how the body moves, heals, and thrives. To bridge the gap between my degree in movement science and hands-on healing, I completed massage therapy school in 2026 and spent over 18 months shadowing Dr. Nate Weigel D.O. to study Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT).

This unique training and education allows me to look at your body as a whole, interconnected system. My treatments blend scientific knowledge with therapeutic touch to relieve tension, improve mobility, and restore balance.

I bring this same dedication to balance into my own life. When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually filling my own cup with a mix of high-energy movement and slow, grounded moments. You’ll often find me on the mats training Jiu-Jitsu, tending to my garden, or in the kitchen baking a fresh loaf of sourdough for my family and friends. For me, life is all about showing up fully—whether I'm testing my limits, diving into a good book, or simply enjoying quality time with the people I love most. Wellness is my priority, and it’s what I want for you, too.

Let’s work together to restore your wellness today.
